For orders within Australia

Complimentary shipping is available on orders of $100 AUD and above.
A flat shipping fee of $22 applies to orders under $99.99 AUD.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

In-store pickup is available by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to schedule collection.


International Orders

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery timeframes.

Complimentary international shipping is available on orders of $300 AUD and above.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you within 2 business days.

• Select an alternative product
• Receive a full refund


Delivery Delays

During peak periods or Australian public holidays, delivery delays may occur.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.


Shipping Conditions

Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate.

Skin Cosmedical Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, additional shipping and re-delivery fees may apply.

All deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
If no one is available, the courier may leave a collection notice or arrange re-delivery.

Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be held for 7 business days.
If no response is received within this period, the order may be cancelled and issued as store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards in-store, bank transfer, and secure online payments via PayPal.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us prior to returning any items and include your proof of purchase.

Returned items must be securely packaged. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
