Price Match Policy

We want you to enjoy your entire experience with Skin Cosmedical Beauty. If you find our treatments or skincare products advertised at a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

For Treatment Services

All prices must be in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Applies to all skincare treatments, including Laser Hair Removal services.
Prices do not include shaving services or skincare products. These are additional services and will incur extra charges.
To be eligible for a Price Match, clients must provide valid proof of the competitor’s advertised price. Skin Cosmedical Beauty reserves the right to contact the competitor to verify the offer.
Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments and treatment areas as advertised by the competitor. The advertised price must be for an identical service on an identical treatment area.
The Price Match applies only to treatments performed using equivalent machinery and technology.
The competitor must be located within a 5km radius of our salon.
Clients must request the Price Match at the time of booking and prior to payment. Price Match will not be applied to services or packages that have already been paid for or completed.
Price Match does not apply to offers from group buying or coupon websites.

For Skincare Products

All prices must be in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Applies to all skincare products stocked at Skin Cosmedical Beauty.
Applicable for in-store purchases only.
Prices do not include shipping costs. When matching online stores, delivery fees will be taken into account. If the total cost (including delivery) from an online store is lower, we will match that total price.
To be eligible for a Price Match, clients must provide valid proof of the competitor’s advertised price. Skin Cosmedical Beauty reserves the right to verify the offer.
Clients must request the Price Match at the time of purchase. Price Match will not be applied after payment has been completed.
Skin Cosmedical Beauty reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for Price Match.
Price Match is not applicable to unauthorized sellers or websites that are not official or approved distributors of the products we carry.
Price Match does not apply to resellers, group buying platforms, or coupon-based offers.
