Refund policy

Generally, due to the nature of the product we do not allow returns.  Our drivers will confirm your order and take you through the products on arrival. We allow inspection of goods before accepting delivery so you can check the quality. If there are any issues or concerns with the product, you can let us know and a return can be arranged on the spot.

And/or, once an order has been delivered and accepted, it means that you are fully satisfied with it.

For health and safety purposes as our product is perishable produce these are not returnable or exchangeable. However, if there is an error or damaged goods, we will replace the product or refund and must be reported within the first 24 hours of your delivery.

If the order you receive is incorrect or there are missing items, please contact our Customer Service Team by email to info@bestseafoodgrocery.com.au accordingly. Emails are attended to during normal business hours.

Please contact us with information about the product, a description of the fault and pictures, and your proof of purchase. We'll get back to you and send you the correct item as quickly as we can.
