All treatment services and prepaid packages purchased at Skin Cosmedical Beauty are strictly non-refundable.
However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange option. Clients may discuss their concerns with us, and where appropriate, any remaining balance may be converted into salon credit. Please note that all treatments already received will be deducted at the full standard price (non-discounted rate) from the prepaid package or program.
In certain circumstances, the remaining balance may be applied towards an alternative treatment package or transferred to another individual, subject to approval by management.
By purchasing any prepaid treatment package and/or gift voucher, you acknowledge and agree that you have received a full consultation and have been appropriately informed of the expected treatment outcomes.
All gift vouchers and prepaid treatment packages/programs are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. All services must be redeemed within this validity period. Expired packages or vouchers will not be extended or reactivated.
Our skin treatment programs are carefully designed and structured to achieve optimal results. Clients are strongly advised to follow the recommended treatment plan consistently. While we understand that unforeseen personal circumstances may arise, it remains the client’s responsibility to commit to the treatment schedule in order to achieve the desired outcome.
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any prepaid treatment package or program in order to qualify for package pricing and associated discounts. For client convenience, we may offer a two-installment payment option, with full payment to be completed within the first two treatment sessions.
All treatments must be performed exclusively at Skin Cosmedical Beauty and are non-transferable to other locations.
