Treatment Policies

Please take a moment to review our Terms, Privacy, Payment and Treatment Policies outlined below and throughout our website.
These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional and enjoyable experience for all clients.


Punctuality

To maintain the highest standard of service for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, and missed appointments can impact our ability to accommodate other clients. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a seamless experience for everyone.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time slot to another client.


Walk-Ins

We welcome walk-in clients and will always do our best to accommodate you. However, availability cannot be guaranteed.

To secure your preferred time — especially for specific treatments or group bookings — we highly recommend making an appointment in advance.


Appointments

To secure your booking, we may require a minimum deposit of $50, or alternatively, you may purchase one of our promotional vouchers or treatment packages.

  • All vouchers and packages are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase
  • Vouchers and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen vouchers or receipts

Appointment Reminders

We may send appointment reminders via SMS, phone call or email as a courtesy.

However, we recommend not relying solely on reminders, as technology may occasionally fail. Clients remain responsible for remembering their scheduled appointments.


Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that schedules can change.

  • If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you
  • Your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client
  • Full treatment fees will still apply

For cancellations or rescheduling:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes.


Payment & Pricing

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Major credit cards (in-store)
  • Online payments via PayPal

All prices:

  • Are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Include GST (Goods and Services Tax)
  • Are subject to change without prior notice

Refunds & Exchanges

All products, services, vouchers and treatment packages are strictly non-refundable.

If you wish to adjust your treatment plan or package, please contact us and we will be happy to assist where possible.
