1: What payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit card only. 

2. What credit card do you accept?

We provides methods of payments as followings: PayPal, credit cards (Visa Cared, Master Card, JCB and American Express).

All prices displayed on Best Seafood Grocery website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. How long does it take to confirm the payment?

Best Seafood Grocery will only dispatch items when full payment is received. Payment generally is immediately, some may take 1-2 days to process. In some exceptional case, such as PayPal e-cheque, it could take up to 5 days or more. After cleared payment received, your goods will be prepared and dispatched within same day and/or next day, including inspection and packing with our intelligent and efficient work team. Thereby, Best Seafood Grocery ensures you to get your orders as soon as possible.

Lay-by is not available.

5. Do you offer discounts?
